The restaurant, which opened recently in a strip mall on Gulf Gate Drive, is a tiny one with just a handful of tables, but the owners have made good use of the space.
The centerpiece is the bar along the side, behind which the chef does most of his prep work. Above, a large, tilted mirror catches the action for diners to watch.
